(one should note that fortune cookies are an Amercian invention, but we still couldn't visit China and not have a fortune cookie, LOL)

made red lanterns to hang in our living room
watched the video from the Panda Express Chinese New Year Kit
watched Mulan
practiced using chopsticks at lunch (noodles)
enjoyed mandarin oranges for snack
opened our Chinese Candy Box and snacked on yummy fruits (pictured right)
snacked on more fortune cookies :) (we had whole bag to finish!)
colored the Year of the Rabbit in our Chinese Zodiac coloring book
opened our Chinese erasers (to be put in our travel box)
